SUBITISM SAUCE

Welcome to the first sauce release from Strongarm Barbeque. This sauce was three years in development and went through numerous variations until I knew that we had what we were looking for. I imagine it could be similar to the process of writing a song, you continue to add, subtract, tweak, develop and it may be weird to say you know when you know but that's exactly how it happened and exactly how this flavor got it's name.
Subitism means sudden enlightenment. It can be best explained with the example of throwing dice. When you roll a 4, you don't need to count 1...2...3...4, you already know that it is 4. It is automatic. Once you have tried this sauce you will immediately realize how unique it is and thus the idea of subitism is in action.
The flavor is first sweet then hot and hopefully you will feel what I felt when the song was finished.
APEIRON SAUCE
PERPETUAL FLAVOR
Welcome to the second sauce release from Strongarm Barbeque. Apeiron sauce was a little over a year in development. I remember the first trial runs, we had about 6 different options on the tasting table with different ingredients and tweaks here and there. The idea of improving on buffalo sauce was a pretty hard concept to grasp and I learned in that process that a ton of additions to the general recipe only convoluted a simple truth; buffalo sauce is a near perfect flavor. But, we did add and tweak the general formula and we ended up with what we call a Savory Buffalo Sauce that is a continuation of an endlessly good and applicable flavor.
Apeiron Sauce is a familiar flavor but with hints and tones of depth and complexity that we hope Strongarm is becoming known for. It is endlessly important to us that our flavors are meaningful and add an extra layer to your cooking experience.
We do not use any thickening agents so settling and separation is completely normal. Please shake well before use. Once opened, please refrigerate and that sauce will stay for a long long time
